A job interview typically precedes the hiring decision. The interview is usually preceded by the evaluation of submitted resumes, from interested candidates, possibly by examining job applications or reading many resumes. The job interview is considered one of the most important tools for evaluating potential employees. My Short term goal: To get placed in a reputable company where I can improve my skills and knowledge. My long term goal: To achieve a respectable position in the company that I am working. Thanks for giving me this opportunity.

My self-confidence motivates me to do a good job. Because when I fail only my confidence give me strength to achieve success.
My responsibility to take this company to a higher level of success, so this responsibility motivates me to do good a job.
The outcome of the effort I put into a job that will be helpful for the company, motivates me to do a better job.
Question 9: How long would you expect to work for us if Hired?
This is a very tricky question to answer, but it also easy to answer if you are mean with your answers and be truthful with your answer.
I will stay with your company as long as possible if the company provides a good working environment, job satisfaction, carrier growth and reward for my work, because everyone earn for their work.
I will work with the company for as long I satisfy the company with my quality work and the company appreciates the work and good working environment.
Question 10: Are you not overqualified for this position?
I do not think I am overqualified for this job. I know I have the sufficient knowledge and the minimum required qualification and experience for the job.
I am not overqualified for this job because there is a difference between qualification and implementation. I am looking for the opportunity where I can implement my qualifications.
I believe that real life skills are more appreciated than qualification. My resume may reveal my education qualification but I also have skills to develop. I think this is the best place to develop. My determination and enthusiasm will bring mutual benefits.
Question 11: What are your career options right now?
Right now my career option to work in an organisation, where I get to learn and grow in both professional and personal life and to increase my knowledge and experience in the industry.
My career option right now is to get a job in a reputed company to improve my knowledge, experience and communication skills.
I am looking for an opportunity where my ability plays a key role and which organisation can explore my talent. Maximises both the job satisfaction and career potential.
