Job Interview Questions and Answers – Interview varies in the extent to which the questions are structured, from a totally unstructured and free-wheeling conversation, to a structured interview in which an applicant is asked a predetermined list of questions in a specified order, structured interviews are usually more accurate predictors of which applicants will make suitable employees, according to research studies.
A job interview is an interview consisting of a conversation between a job applicant and a representative of an employer which is conducted to access whether the applicant should be hired. Interviews are one of the most popularly used processes for employee selection. Interviews are mostly done after the Curriculum Vitae (CV) has been reviewed by the employer.
This is the second volume of the job interview questions and answers tips, I will be highlighting on how to further answer questions that may possibly be ask during an interview section with your potential employer. Let’s get started with the question and answers aspect;
Question 4: What is the Difference between Hard work and Smart Work?
Hard work is employing all the efforts and skills to finish a job. Smart work is the same, but being able to do a job fashionably and stress free by employing new techniques and methods.
Hard Work is how to work deeply and take more time in work while Smart work is how to work in less time using smart ideas. But work is same using different ways.
Hard work can be achieved by doing work with more energy and more time. Whereas Smart can be achieved by doing work with less energy and in less time. But both Hard work and Soft work aim at same result.
Question 5: How do you feel about working Nights and Weekends?
I would not prefer to work at night and weekends but during peak workloads, I am ready to work whenever you need me.
I enjoy working at night because it is a very peaceful environment. However, I need my weekends to refresh and recharge.
If there is an emergency I will definitely work whatever shifts you need; the company’s growth is my growth and success are mine as well.
I do value a work-life balance, so while I am available for any shift, I would like to create a consistent schedule so I can make other plans.
Nights and Weekends are the only time I can spend with my family and that’s very important to me. But in the case of an urgent situation, if I am needed then I will be definitely available.
Question 6: Can you Work under Pressure?
Well, I think the pressure is more needed while doing work, if there is no pressure a person tends to be lazy and careless, but if there is pressure then it will lead to efficient work and sometimes helps in the development of innovative ideas in mind.
Yes, when working I think pressure comes, it gives ideas to work better. Also Working under pressure is a step to dissolve big problem.
Yes, because it gives an opportunity to prove oneself and bring out the best in me. Moreover, working under pressure is the best time to show my abilities and confidence.
Question 7: Are you willing to Relocate or Travel?
Yes, it will be a good opportunity for me. It will give me a new environment to work and to interact with different kind of people and I think all this will give a boost to my career.
Yes, sir/ma this will be a good opportunity for me. This is a good challenge, that I accept because working in new environment with new people, that’s really knowledgeable. So, if the work requires me to relocate or travel I will definitely do.
Yes, I am ready to relocate since I want to utilize each and every opportunity given to me and it will be good to build my career and to interact with new people.
