Job Unit Sales/Marketing
- Processing the paperwork generated by sales and scheduling appointments to make site visits to existing customers
- Process contracts obtained by sales executives and maintain an accurate database of customer information such as billing details, product preferences, and correspondence addresses.
- Keeps records of any site visits made, ensure goods are delivered on schedule to customers and maintains updated records of sales figures on a weekly basis.
- These figures are used for comparison purposes with sales and revenue targets for the company.
- Analyze and compile monthly sales reports for assessment by higher management.
- years of experience as a Sales administrator
- Hands-on experience with MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
- Adept with mathematical figures
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
