Job Description

  1. Processing the paperwork generated by sales and scheduling appointments to make site visits to existing customers
  2. Process contracts obtained by sales executives and maintain an accurate database of customer information such as billing details, product preferences, and correspondence addresses.
  3. Keeps records of any site visits made, ensure goods are delivered on schedule to customers and maintains updated records of sales figures on a weekly basis.
  4. These figures are used for comparison purposes with sales and revenue targets for the company.
  5. Analyze and compile monthly sales reports for assessment by higher management.

  •  years of  experience as a Sales administrator
