Job Description

  • Assist in developing, presenting, and implementing policies and procedures to make sure company customers have a satisfactory experience when using its services
  • Reach out to customers and communicating to them about the company’s services
  • Receive customer service inquiries
  • Respond to customer service inquiries
  • Promote the company’s product and services
  • Identify the needs/wants of customers
  • Make available product brochures for customers


A restaurant situated at Ikoyi, Lagos is seeking to hire a Customer care officer.

The requirements are as follows:

  • A minimum of OND and its equivalent
  • Must reside around Ikoyi or its axis fo ease of transportation
  • Must have a minimum of 1-year experience
  • Must have excellent writing and communication skills
  • Must be confident 
  • Must be computer literate

Human Resource Officer

Job Description

  • recruiting, training and developing staff
  • making sure that staff get paid correctly and on time
  • looking after the health, safety and welfare of all employees
  • organising staff training sessions and activities
  • monitoring staff performance and attendance
  • advising line managers and other employees on employment law and the employer’s own employment policies and procedures
  • ensuring candidates have the right to work at the organisation
  • negotiating salaries, contracts, working conditions or redundancy packages with staff and representatives.


  • Must hold a B.SC/HND in any field
  • Must have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
  • HR experience in the hospitality industry would be an added advantage.
  • Must possess a high level of computer literacy
  • Must possess excellent oral and writing skills
