- Act as Goto Person between customers and the company as it relates to Service (Sales and Technical).
- Provide technical support services to customers.
- Develop and sustain customer’s loyalty.
- Work with various Team Leads to address customer issues.
- Follow up on customers inquiries.
- Follow up and improve on boarding process on customer projects.
- Manage our Customer Support Channels.
- Liaise with Technical support and sales team to ensure customer’s satisfaction.
- A good Degree in Computer Science related discipline, Computer Engineering, Project Management or its related course from a recognized university / polytechnic.
- Candidates should have minimum two (2) years work experience in Customer success and Technical support.
The ideal candidate should:

- Must have worked as a managerial staff or team lead
- Have Technical skills
- Be customer friendly
- Proven knowledge of Project Management
