Job Description

  • Handle shareholders’ enquiries using standard procedures and escalate issues to appropriate units as and when due
  • Attend to walk-in shareholders on enquiries relating to their shareholdings
  • Receive letters from SEC/other relevant agencies and forward to the head office accordingly
  • Maintain the strategy and tools related to various dimensions of share registration and shareholder engagement
  • Perform other related duties as required and assigned

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in Customer Service
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field from a reputable university
  • Good organisational skills and logical reasoning
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good command of English
  • Good communication and inter-personal skills
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel
  • Must be innovative and result-oriented
  • Must reside and willing to work in Abuja
