- We are looking to hire self-motivated and driven individual who are goal orientated and can work with minimal supervision as Admin / Store Officer
The ideal candidate must be able to:
- Monitor and take proper care of all office assets and equipments.
- Prepare regular report on expenses and office budget
- Manage all company vehicles in that location
- Attend all employee queries and channel it down to the Human Resources department
- Manage all office supplies, stocks and place order.
- Assist in recruitment process by carrying out necessary documentations on new employee
- Perform store and some finance related activities.
- B.Sc or HND in any Social or Management Science Course
- 1-2 years relevant experience in the role
- Good knowledge of office management software (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Strong organization skills with problem solving attitude
- Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
- Willingness to relocate to Abuja.
