- Assisting the Admin Manager to ensure administrative activities run smoothly on a daily basis in the following duties:
- General Office Administration – providing administrative support and managing employees
- Facility Maintenance – cleaning, repairs etc
- Preparing and monitoring the implementation of employee daily activity schedule
- Supervision of security personnel and operations
- Office equipment and office management tools.
- managing office supplies stock, and preparing regular reports
- implementing office budgets and carrying out expenses
- act as the point of contact for all employees
- WASC / SSCE / OND in any field
- Experience in Admin duties
- Age Qualification: 40 years and above
- Honest, Diligent and Punctual
- Disciplined and Firm Personality
- Able to Exert Authority and Enforce Discipline
- High level of Awareness
