Official Commissioning of Two Borehole Projects by FUNAAB

On the 29th of January 2021, the Management of Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta, FUNAAB under the leadership of the Vice Chancellor, Professor Felix Kolawole Salako, has once again displayed goodwill and developmental gestures towards repositioning this Institution amidst contemporaries.

As part of the corporate social responsibility(CSR), the University has just donated two borehole projects to the adjoining communities to FUNAAB in a bid to cushion the effect of water scarcity in those communities (Mawuko and Tigba).

The Vice Chancellor while giving his speech at the Official commissioning of the said projects reiterated the University’s mandate towards sustainable development of her host communities.

In the spirit of appreciation, the leadership of the communities appreciated the university for her kind benevolence.

Present at the commisioning program were members of the University Management, Students’ Union Representative, Dean Students’ Affairs, Directors, Special Dignitaries and Men of the Press.
