This month’s diet affords persons interested in becoming certified service professionals opportunity to earn the certification. The customer service is open to career professionals of every calling and there are CS opportunities in health, financial, oil & gas, administration, HR, telecommunications, banking sectors and is open to all irrespective of your career leaning. The minimum academic qualification to join WAACSP certification and membership is an ordinary national diploma (OND).
